This very comfortable and spacious holiday home is in the perfect position -right next to Marbella centre and only 300 metres from the beach - to explore the delights of the Costa del Sol and Southern Spain, or just relax and enjoy the fantastic micro climate!!

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, over, hob, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and blender.

Other inside facilities include: TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi, international tv channells, iron, ironing board, entry phone, air conditioning, ceiling fan, heating.

To cool off during the hot summer days there is a large, safe community swimming pool and a smaller children's pool inside the development.

There is private parking space in the basement of the development and a bus stop right outside the street door. The apartment is in a very safe location and is situated in a quiet, secure development.

The spacious lounge is the central hub of the lower floor. The kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms border the lounge in L shape. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and a king size bed. The guest bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a sofa bed in the lounge.

The apartment has a East orientation and benefits from the sun from early morning until 2 p.m. - perfect for the morning sunshine for those who enjoy breakfast in the sun.


The apartment is situated in an extremely central location: a 10 minute walk to the old town of Marbella, 5 minutes to the beach.

Surrounded by bars, restaurants, supermarkets and shops, you won't have to walk much if you do not want to.

Rent a car is not necessary but you can consider it for golf or to explore.
